Privacy Policy and Protecting Confidential Papers

Title V of the 1999 Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act requires that an attorney to disclose to the client the attorney’s privacy policy.

The Attorney uses computer passwords, encrypted electronic file storage, and other electronic security systems to prevent disclosure of confidential client information. The Attorney’s office is within a secure commercial facility in downtown Clayton with a receptionist and security.

The Attorney will handle the Client’s confidential papers in the same manner as the Attorney handles his own confidential papers.
